Tada will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the (AED, USD). If Credit Card Online is selected as the payment method then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.
- All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
- Tada will not return or refund if the delivery address is inaccurate or incorrect. Also if the receiver is unavailable or no one will accept the goods in behalf of the receiver. Please do consider that our product is unpreserved.
- Due to perishable nature of goods, please ensure that delivery information is accurate to avoid delay or non-delivery.
Cancellation of order should be communicated to us through mail or call at least 5 hours before the delivery. Please note that payments already made will be refunded provided that it should be communicated to us before we deliver the goods. Standard charge applies for the cancellation of the order based on the type of product selected.
In case of carelessness / fault on our part we may be able to make necessary replacements of product with proper coordination and arrangements with the customer.
Tada will arrange the delivery by company’s own delivery team. Since Tada focus on delivering the gifts as per customer requirements, the delivery time is more than important to satisfy the customers. So Tada will make sure the delivery is made on time with efficient delivery team.
